When we look for decorating ideas for our home, we seem to put in a lot of effort in the way our homes look from the inside. We often give very little thought to the outside. Only in the time of holidays do we take out our rubber skeletons or Christmas lights to decorate the outside as well. But how about making your house look splendid all throughout the year?
The answer to that is innovation. Think about what would make your house look more welcoming and beautiful. Choosing the right color for the exterior is a must. Then you can invest in some potted or hanging plants to keep on your roof tops and balconies. Decorative creepers are also available which have some beautifully hued blossoms around the year.
Be creative when decorating your porch. Choose a bright color for the door, put up a decorative roof hanging from the top and have a soft and decorative rug at your doorstep. Follow these tips with a hint of imagination and you’ll have the most beautiful house in the block.

Space issue seems to be the biggest concern these days. But, if you are lucky enough to have large rooms, try to use the space the best you can. In such cases, a hanging room divider is probably the best option. This will separate the big room into two smaller areas and thus will allow you to use them for different purposes. Also, these will be attached to your ceilings and not set up on the floor.
Thus, the floor area remains the same and it reduces the hassles of cleaning. Also, you get these hanging room dividers in all different styles. Choose the one that best suits your style and also the décor of your home. You can go for the bright colored ones to brighten up the environment. Else, you can opt for the wood finish ones to make it look similar to the rest of the wooden furniture.

You will of course start by putting safety tapes on naked wires and keeping breakable things and medicines out of your baby’s reach, but you should also look out for the hazards that are lurking in the bathroom.
You should have a skid proof mat on the tiles, which will prevent your daredevil from falling even if he starts running around. Same goes with your bath tub; you should put a slip resistant tub, so your child does not slip.
Invest in a childproof lock, it’s cheap and easily found. This will prevent your child getting locked in the bathroom alone as these locks can be only be opened with the strength of an adult. These locks should be put on both the sides of the door.
Install a toilet seat which can reset itself when the seat is lowered and lastly water in the house should be set to a temperature of 120 Fahrenheit which is warm enough for showers and bath.
